  • Prepare and test HPC and UHPC finished product specimens strictly adhering to approved procedures, test methods to meet the specifications
  • Conduct material tests such as compressive strength, flexural strength, flow/slump flow, density, and others related to finished goods, with attention to details of testing method
  • Conduct incoming raw material quality testing, in accordance with specifications
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including mixers, and others testing machines.
  • Develop expertise on relevant testing standards such as ASTM, EN, and other methods in terms of theoretical knowledge and actual testing
  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
  • Troubleshoot mix inconsistencies and testing anomalies in collaboration with operations engineers and supervisors
  • Support quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities for production batches
  • Involved and assist Supervisor/Engineers in conduct customer Lab Trial activities
  • Assist Engineer in external lab trial and plant trial
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Experience in laboratory environment at least 1 year, experience in same industry will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.

  • Physically fit to assist with materials preparation and lab trial
  • Previous experience in concrete laboratory or ready-mix industry and construction materials testing lab preferred will be an added advantage
  • Background in quality control (QC/QA) testing is highly valued.
  • Experience specifically with concrete mixes is often required for specialized labs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing procedures.
  • Good record-keeping and ability to write clear test reports.
  • Ability to follow strict safety protocols and lab procedures.
  • Problem-solving mindset for mix adjustments.
  • Good work attitude, effective communication with engineers, supervisors, and managers and well disciplined
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and PH, depending on production schedules.
